Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear and explicit statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

  • The goods are in their original packaging

  • Your return request is clearly justified and motivated

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Returns due to wrong size selection, personal preference (e.g. "I don’t like the product"), or unmotivated change of mind

  • Goods that have been used or show signs of wear

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • The supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. perishable items or those with a short expiry date)

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions or is not supported by a valid reason, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
